NIG continues to build broker relationships with website relaunch
Move is part of the wider brand building and business growth strategy.
NIG, the broker-only commercial insurer, has today launched an
all new website centred on a number of new applications and
features that it believes will help build an enhanced relationship
with its broker customers.
Brokers will now be able to use and access features
including:
- Link to the NIG Network so brokers can use information to then
proceed to quotes in a convenient and seamless
process
- Information on risk management
- News and events including broker workshops run by
NIG;
- Links to products coupled with comprehensive details about
cover provided
- Contact details for underwriters and regional offices
The web design is a part of a broader e-trading strategy that is
becoming an increasingly important part of the commercial insurer's
business model. This will include the launch of some new products
on additional software houses over the next few months.
James Sturrock, Director of Marketing, NIG, said:
