2011 was a big year for NIG, what are you most proud of:

The continued growth of the business at the same time as significantly improving the underlying profitability of the business was a major achievement for us 2011.

What is your focus in 2012 and what does success look like at the end of the year:

Continuing to support our Brokers and achieving mutually beneficial growth remains an underlying key focus for me.
